A report on the “Free Iran Rally” in Warsaw simultaneous with the Warsaw Summit

Free Iran Rally Outside the Warsaw Summit

Masoud Dalvand(Freedom Star): An informative report on the “Free Iran Rally” in Warsaw, simultaneous with the Warsaw Summit,
has been published on the official website of the PMOI, which I invite you to read this report.

Warsaw, Feb. 14, 2019 – As ministers and officials of several countries from across the world gathered in Warsaw, Poland, to discuss solutions and road-maps for achieving peace and stability in the Middle East, a large crowd of Iranian dissidents, supporters of Iranian opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) and People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), held a gathering to reiterate the need to support Iranian protests and regime change in Iran.

One of the main themes to be discussed in the Warsaw conference, co-hosted by the U.S. and Poland, is the threats the Iranian regime poses to regional and global security. Many of the attendants, including ministers from the Americas, Europe and Middle East, acknowledge that the Iranian regime’s terrorist meddling in the affairs of its neighbors is a major source of insecurity.

Washington has also adopted a growing tone of supporting the Iranian people’s struggle.

“We want the Iranian people to have the opportunity to live in a prosperous, peaceful society, and one that is controlled by their desires, their wishes,” U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in an interview while in Warsaw.

Along with the top American diplomat, Vice President Mike Pence and White House adviser Jared Kushner are among the attendees, as the scope of the conference focuses on Iran, the Middle East peace conflict, fighting the Islamic State, Syria and Yemen; all frontiers where the Iranian regime is meddling and forelonging the conflicts.

Reports also indicate Jared Kushner, Special Advisory to U.S. President Donald Trump, held a behind-closed doors discussion over what is said to be Washington’s Middle East peace proposal. The Iranian regime is regularly thwarting peace efforts in the Middle East by funding terrorist groups and inciting confrontations between states.

The demonstrators, who also held a large rally on Wednesday, were there to underline that the Iranian regime’s malignant behavior will only go away when the international community strengthens its resolve against the Iranian regime and supports the millions of Iranians who are fed up with the tyranny of the mullahs and want regime change in their country.

The conference is being held as Iran marks the 40th anniversary of the 1979 Revolution, which saw the ouster of the Shah regime and the rise of the mullahs to power. In the past year, different segments of the Iranian society have been regularly holding demonstrations across Iran, protesting government corruption, poor economic conditions and lack of freedom.

Many of the protests are taking on political themes, calling for regime change and criticizing regime officials for squandering Iran’s riches and resources to fuel war in neighboring countries.

The Iranian regime, hard-pressed to solve its internal crises and its isolation on the international front, has resorted to suppression of protests inside Iran and terrorist activities against dissidents abroad. In the past year, American and European authorities have foiled several terrorist plots by the Iranian regime aimed at members and supporters of MEK in their countries.

Mayor Rudy Giuliani at the Warsaw rally – February 13, 2019

“Iran is the number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world. We should not be doing business with a regime that supports terror,” said Rudy Giuliani, former New York Mayor and current lawyer to U.S. President Donald Trump, at an NCRI press conference on Wednesday. Giuliani stressed that the Warsaw Summit should be focused on regime change in Iran.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the NCRI, who addressed yesterday’s rally, stressed the need to address the Iranian regime’s abysmal human rights record and side with the Iranian people instead of the ruling mullahs. “From the EU states who have set up a financial mechanism for the Iranian regime, we ask: Why haven’t they found any mechanism over the years to save political prisoners suffering under torture by Khamenei’s henchmen? Why haven’t they set up any mechanism to prosecute the regime’s leaders for the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in 1988, or a mechanism to prevent the crackdown on and arrests of workers, students and Iranian youths for participating in legitimate protests?” Mrs. Rajavi said.

On Thursday, Iranian protesters in Warsaw were chanting, “Down with Rouhani and Khamenei is the cry of every Iranian,” reflecting slogans that are being chanted across Iran since nationwide uprisings erupted in late 2017.

The protesters were also chanting, “Democracy, freedom with Maryam Rajavi,” voicing their support for the NCRI and Mrs. Rajavi plan for a future Iran. The protesters demand that the Iranian regime be expelled from the United Nations and the seat transferred to the NCRI, the true, legitimate representative of the Iranian people.

PMOI/MEK supporters calling for the expulsion of the Iranian regime from international institutions

Mrs. Rajavi has offered a ten-point plan that endorses the establishment of a free, democratic and secular state, where every Iranian is given equal opportunities regardless of their gender, religion and ethnic background. The NCRI also denounces the Iranian regime’s destructive nuclear and ballistic missiles program and its terrorist meddling in other countries.

The NCRI’s platform, along with the MEK’s history of struggling for the rights of the Iranian people, has established the coalition as the main Iranian opposition movement and the democratic alternative to the rule of the mullahs. Mrs. Rajavi has garnered international support.

“A major question about regime change is who will replace the regime. We’ve seen that work and go wrong when there wasn’t an alternative. Here we don’t have to worry. We have an alternative. We will have groups of people who feel the same way as we do. Madame Rajavi has a ten-point plan that lays it out clearly. We want Iran to be one of the countries respected in human rights, not one of the worst countries. We want a non-nuclear Iran,” Giuliani said during his speech to Wednesday’s rally.

“This resistance is rooted in the people and is the only force that is capable of liberating Iran,” said former Algerian President Sid Ahmed Ghozali. “The Iranian threat wants to establish its hegemony over the entire Muslim region. If we want to achieve peace and stability in the world, we have to remove this menace.”

Iran Terror; The Mullahs Regime is Source of Regional and Global Terrorism and Warmongering.

The Iranian regime is the source of terrorism and warmongering in the Middle East and across the globe.

    – Designation Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) in their entireties as terrorist entities by the U.S. and the European Union;

    – Expulsion of the mullahs’ MOIS agents and IRGC Quds Force operatives from the U.S. and Europe.

Now, the world is witnessing how IRGC is a real threat in the Middle East. Looking at the IRGC’s record, we can clearly see the IRGC’s involvement in major terror attacks:

Facing this global threat, Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), once again stressed on the Iranian Resistance’s demands on behalf of the Iranian opposition:

1983 – U.S. Marines base bombing in Beirut, Lebanon

1996 – Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia

2006 – Al-Askari mosque bombing in Samarra, Iraq

Additionally, the IRGC is the main supporter of terrorism and fundamentalism and the element behind instability and massacre.

A number of IRGC global terrorism victims:

    1989 – Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou – Austria

    1990 – Kazem Rajavi – Switzerland

    1991 – Shahpour Bakhtiar – France

    1992 – Mykonos Assassination – Germany

    1993 – Mohammad Hossein Naghdi – Italy

    1994 – AMIA bombing, killing 85 people – Argentina

    1996 – Zahra Rajabi – Turkey

In parallel with the IRGC, Iran’s MOIS supports plans and executes assassinations against the opposition.

Iran’s terror apparatus remains active in Europe as seen in recent MOIS bombing plots targeting the PMOI/MEK and a massive Iranian opposition rally in Paris.

Iranian regime elements arrested in Belgium. MOIS agent arrested for planning terror plot.

    We reiterate Maryam Rajavi’s demands:

    – Blacklisting the IRGC and MOIS in their entirety by the U.S. & European Union

    – Expulsion of MOIS & IRGC Quds Force operatives from the U.S. & Europe;

The solution lies in standing firm against the Iranian regime’s state-sponsored terrorism.

Maryam Rajavi: 40 Years After the Uprising Against the Shah, It’s the Mullahs’ Turn to Go

On February 8, thousands of Iranians rallied and marched in Paris to mark the 40th anniversary of the Iranian people’s uprising against the Shah’s dictatorship.

The march started in Paris’s Denfert Rochereau Square and ended at Les Invalides in front of the French National Assembly.

The protesters condemned the continuing human rights violations in Iran, increasing terrorist plots of the regime, and the regime’s continuing missile and nuclear programs. They supported the social movements and protests by the Iranian people against the mullahs’ dictatorship.

A message from Maryam Rajavi, to the demonstrations was shown on the widescreen. She said, with the overthrow of the Shah’s corrupt dictatorship and his regime of torture, his true successors, namely Khomeini and Khamenei, took over the helms. Now is the turn of the mullahs to be overthrown.

She added, our nation has started a new era, a new phase, in her battle to bring down the mullahs’ theocratic rule. Therefore, they expect the international community to respect their struggle and recognize their high goal of liberating Iran and the entire world from the evil and mischief of the mullahs’ religious fascism. Western governments bear double responsibility in this regard because they have had a role in preserving this regime particularly in the past two decades.

The gathering was supported by a large number of Iranian communities in Europe, human rights organizations, trade unions, and parliamentary committees and mayors from Paris’s districts and the Île-de-France region. Personalities who addressed the event included: Gilbert Mitterrand, President of France Libertés – Fondation Danielle-Mitterrand; Michèle de Vaucouleurs, member of France’s National Assembly and President of the French Parliamentary Committee for a Democratic Iran; Sid Ahmed Ghozali, former Prime Minister of Algeria; Alejo Vidal Quadras, former Vice President of the European Parliament and President of the International Committee In Search of Justice; George Sabra, prominent representative of the Syrian opposition; Jean-François Legaret, Mayor of Paris’ 1st District; Gérard Lauton, representative of France’s National Union of Higher Education; Jean-Pierre Michel, former Senator and founder of the French Committee for a Democratic Iran; François Colcombet, President of the Foundation for Middle Eastern Studies (FEMO); and Pierre Bercis, President of Nouveaux Droits de l’Homme.

In his address, Gilbert Mitterrand referred to a recent report by Amnesty International which called 2018 the year of shame for Iran during which 7,000 people were arrested for protesting against the regime. He went on to conclude that the Iranian Resistance is the alternative to mullahs.

Dr. Alejo Vidal-Quadras said, “I call on the EU to take a hard line with this theocratic and terrorist regime which has no future. The EU must stop its appeasement policies and support the Iranian opposition instead of the mullahs. Appeasement only encourages the mullahs to commit more crimes in Iran and more terrorism in Europe.

The EU has to put the entire Iranian Intelligence Ministry and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on its terrorism blacklist.”

Michèle de Vaucouleurs said, “I am here today to testify that as a Member of Parliament, I find the human rights situation in Iran truly regrettable, and I hope this year will be the last year that you have to endure these sufferings.”

Senator Jean-Pierre Michel said, “I want to call upon our governments, European governments, Mr. Jean-Yves Le Drian and Mrs. Federica Mogherini, do not fear the Iranian Resistance. Open your eyes and ears. Retake the dignity that the status of Europe brings upon you, take back the dignity of the Europeans. Support the Iranian Resistance.”

The powerful march that swept through the streets of Paris in the cold weather with the rhythms of the drums and passionate slogans reflected the strength of the spirit of resistance among Iranians and the participating demonstrators. It reflected the voices of the Iranian people who never stopped their protests and strikes over the past year.

At the end of the march, the final statement of the rally was announced. It condemned the terrorist acts of the mullahs against the opposition in Europe, the continued proliferation of dangerous missiles and nuclear weapons, the continuing repression and killings in Iran, and in the regional wars. It further urged the international community to decisively confront the regime and to recognize the right of the Iranian people and Resistance to overthrow the clerical regime.

A report on Iran’s missile program; Ballistic missile tests under the name of the launch of a research satellite missile.

    By Masoud Dalvand

The Ballistic missile project, entitled “Payam Satellite”, launched on January 15, 2019, failed to locate the satellite in Earth’s orbit.

Other countries in the world, including France, condemned the missile test as a violation of UNSC’s resolution 2231.

“France recalls that the Iranian missile program (does) not conform with U.N. Security Council Resolution 2231,” Foreign ministry spokeswoman Agnes von der Muhll told reporters in a daily briefing.

Foreign ministry spokeswoman Agnes von der Muhll

It was a scandal while the Mullah Rouhani(Iran regime’s president), in his speech at Gonbad-e-Kavous city, told a ridiculous story of the impending launch of the “Payam Satellite” by the regime to space.
    Mullah Rohani – January 14, 2019:
“We are a country that will launch two satellites in the coming days, God willing. The “Payam satellite”which is built by our own. The satellite and he missile carrying the satellite is made by our own university, will pass 6 times on the top of our head on a day!”
Following this claim, the State Department, in response to Rouhani’s announcement, said the Iranian regime should immediately refrain from carrying out nuclear-related missile activities, including missile tests. The missile program of this regime violates United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231.

According to the Iranian regime, the Mullahs continue to conduct ballistic missile tests for missile launchers to upgrade their missile program.
Iranian Resistance Information also indicates that the launch of the “Payam Satellite Missile” launched on January 15, 2019, and the mid-range ballistic missile, before December 1, 2018, was confirmed by Khamenei and a high security decision of the regime.

The launch of all “Shahab 3” missiles and similar missiles, “Sajjil” and “Ghadr” missiles, and satellites, all of which can carry nuclear warheads, can only be carried out with the approval of Khamenei.

In this regard, Maj. Gen. Hassan Firouz Abadi, former head of the regime’s armed forces headquarters on November 13, 2016, admitted that “If Khamenei allowed us, the missile will be fire, If he does not allow us, the missiles will not be fired. if Khamenei decides, the missile will be launched”.
It should be noted that the launch of all satellite missiles is carried out by the air force of the Revolutionary Guards(IRGC). The missiles in the IRGC Air-Space Agency were built by IRGC specialists and the Mullah’s regime is trying to pretend to be a so-called “scientific project” by putting civilians names.
It is interesting to note that the reason for the establishment of the
Air-Space Force of IRGC is the expansion of the regime’s missile activities as one of the strategic objectives of the regime to protect the regime and to pursue its interventionist goals in the countries of the region and elsewhere in the world.
Remember that the Brigade Gen. of the Revolutionary Guard, Hassan Tehrani Moghadam, who was the highest missile specialist in the IRGC, on November 22, 2011, in a garrison of the Revolutionary Guards called “Moddarres” in the “Bidgane Mellard” District, south-eastern Tehran, due to the syndetic in the electric system of Missile warhead was killed.
Our fellow countrymen in the east of Tehran heard it’s voice, and they must remember that the garrison parts were scattered around it for miles around.

In the explosion, the Revolutionary Guard lost some of its highest experts in addition to Hassan Tehrani Moghadam.

It is clear that conducting missile tests, with global condemnation and subsequent implications for the regime, is the overwhelming need of the Mullahs to survive and cover the weakness and fragility of the regime in the current critical situation and the risk of overthrowing the mullahs regime.

The IRGC is a corrupt mafia of terrorism and crimes in Iran, the Middle East and the entire world.

Masoud Dalvand(Freedom Star): In order to know more about the terrorist activities of the Iranian regime in the region of the Middle East and in the whole world, in addition to missile activities and support for militias and terrorist groups, the seemingly economic and commercial activities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) must be carefully considered.

The IRGC intervenes like an octopus in all security, political, military, social, Internet and economic sectors, because it protects the dictatorship of the mullahs from overthrow by the Iranian people.

Most of the major oil and economic projects in Iran are under the control of this terrorist and corrupt force. Money from economic activities by the IRGC is spent on missile projects and the continuation of proxy wars in Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan, and the repression of uprisings of the Iranian people inside the country.

An important part of these funds is also paid to the accounts of the senior IRGC commanders because they are all corrupt and thieves. In one word, the IRGC is a corrupt mafia of assassinations and crimes in Iran, the Middle East and the entire world.

One of the companies owned by this terrorist force, is Mahan Air(an airlines company), which was recently banned by Germany and the United States. This so-called airline has its main task of sending weapons and militias and members of the IRGC to Syria to continue the war and protect the bloodthirsty dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad.

The following article provides readers with information on this airline owned by the IRGC’s terrorist force. I invite you to read this article. Published on the official website of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

A look at Mahan Air, the IRGC-owned Iranian airline spreading death and destruction

    Mahan airline industry
    Mahan airline industry

    Analysis by PMOI/MEK

Jan. 28, 2019 – Just a few days ago, Germany announced that Iranian airline Mahan Air is no longer allowed to enter German airspace. In response, the Iranian regime’s minister of roads and urban development Mohammad Eslami said, “All the companies and airline industry of the Islamic Republic are sanctioned, and Mahan Air is among them.”

On January 21, Reuters quoted German sources that Mahan Air’s license for flying to German has been canceled. According to Reuters, the German federal government cited “safety problems” and the possibility of Iranian use of Mahan Air for “military purposes” as the reasons for its decision.

In a January 21 meeting between EU foreign ministers, German FM Heiko Maas said that Iranian Mahan Air transports weapons and soldiers to war-torn areas in Syria.

In a separate statement, German foreign ministry announced, “this decision has been taken in light of the recent sanctions agreed upon by the EU Council after the [terroristic] developments in France and Denmark.”

In June last year, the Iranian intelligence ministry plotted a failed attempt to plant a bomb in a grand gathering by the Iranian Resistance. At least three Iranians were arrested in connection with the attack, one of them an Iranian diplomat named Asadollah Assadi, from the Iranian regime’s embassy in Vienna, Austria.

Considering the recent developments, the foreign commission of the National Council of Resistance of Iran published a detailed report of Mahan Airs past record and its connections with the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).

Mahan Air, while registered as a private company, has had vast links to the highest levels of Iranian officials from day one and has benefited a semi-official status of state-sponsorship throughout its life.

The Mola Almowaheddin institute, which describes itself as a charity, owns 100 percent of Mahan Air’s stock.

Mahan Air was founded in the city of Kerman, the capital of Kerman province in Iran. Mahan is the name of a small city 35 kilometers from Kerman. Ata’ollah Mohajerani, the minister of culture and guidance during the presidency of Mohammad Khatami, chose the name for Mahan Air.

Mahan Air was founded shortly after the Quds Force, IRGC’s foreign terrorist arm, was established.

Virtually all Mahan Air’s decision makers and major players are members of the IRGC and commanders of Qassem Soleimani’s Quds Force. A short list of some of them follows:

    • Hamid Arabnejad, chairman and CEO of Mahan Air, is a very close friend to Qassem Soleimani
    • Hamid Aslani, currently advisor to Hamid Arabnejad, is a Brigadier general of the IRGC. He is a former member of IRGC’s SWAT teams and later became head of the human resources in IRGC. At the same time, he became the HR head of Mahan Air.
    • Hamid Asgari, heads Mahan Air’s catering through a company named Arman. Formerly, he was one of the commanders of IRGC’s 41st division, known as the Tharallah Division. He is close to Qassem Soleimani.

Through connections in the highest levels of Iraq’s government, particularly Hadi Al-Amiri, former Iraqi minister of transportation and head of the Badr Organization, Qassem Soleimani organized Mahan Air’s flights over Iraqi airspace to transport weapons and equipment to Syria.

On a daily basis, Mahan Air conducts flights from Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Shiraz, and Abadan to Damascus over Iraq to transport weapons, equipment and fighters to aid the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

In groups of approximately 200 individuals each, Mahan Air transports militias, including Afghan nationals who have been hired by IRGC, to Damascus.

Iraqi militias affiliated with the Quds Force, are transported from Iraq’s Basra to Iran’s Abadan by bus, and from there flown to Damascus by Mahan Air.

Iranian mullahs are concerned about the Poland summit and the Iranian opposition’s activities

Masoud Dalvand(Freedom Star): On February 13 and 14, 2019, an international conference will be held in Warsaw, capital of Poland.

The summit will be at the invitation of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who will focus on the Iranian regime in the Middle East.

Tens of countries will attend this summit. Since its announcement, many reactions have been shown by the terrorist and religious dictatorship ruling Iran against the summit.

The following article outlines the concerns of the Iranian regime in this regard. This article published on the MEK/PMOI website.

    …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Next month’s Poland conference, focused on Middle East security and containing the negative influence of the Iranian regime, has become increasingly a source of concern for the Iranian regime.

But a particular point that always reveals the truth behind the Iranian mullahs’ tough play about stability and power is their fear of their main organized opposition, PMOI/MEK and NCRI, which shows boldly among Iranian officials’ concerns for the Poland summit.

On January 19, Mardom Salari newspaper, close to Iranian regime president Hassan Rouhani’s faction, showed the regime’s fear of PMOI becoming involved in the Warsaw summit and wrote: “PMOI becoming active isn’t a good sign.”

Meanwhile, newspapers close to Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei are already declaring the defeat of the summit before it has started out of fear that it would succeed.

“The anti-Iranian summit of Poland is a failure even before it even begins,” writes Keyhan newspaper, widely known as the mouthpiece of the supreme leader.

Arman newspaper interviewed Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of deceased regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini, under an article titled, “The defeat of Warsaw’s summit is definite.”

But beneath the show of power and indifference, the cracks are showing through the façade the regime has put up.

Ali Khoram, the Iranian regime’s former ambassador to the UN, warns about an international consensus in the Poland summit and expresses his concern about Iran’s isolation on a global level.

“If Mike Pompeo succeeds in transforming the propaganda summit of Poland into a political summit, it will be the prelude of a military coalition against Iran. At this time, agreements with Iran’s friends will be very helpful. For instance, PMOI’s connections with Afghanistan’s central government is a stark warning about friends separating [themselves] from Iran,” Khoram says.

“Although such a summit in Poland is opposed to principles of international laws and the Charter of the United Nations, but if the majority of the invited countries announce their readiness for a goal and consensus is reached, it will become an unwritten international law that could even be used against Iran by other countries,” Khoram further says.

“All the parties are swiftly overcoming their opposition to the U.S. invitation, so they become enemies of the [Iranian] regime. Meanwhile, it doesn’t appear that the [Iranian] regime has even one true friend who stands against this heavy political wave and supports the [Iranian] regime. Our friends usually stick with us until the limits of their own fleeting interests are reached, and when they receive compensation from the U.S., they will abandon their friendship with the [Iranian] regime,” he further complained.

In an interview with Arman newspaper on January 19, Fereydoon Majlesi, a former Iranian diplomat, also says: “John Bolton, [U.S. President Donald] Trump’s National Security Advisor, and [Mike] Pompeo, U.S. Secretary of State, have also said that the sanctions against the [Iranian] regime must continue to the point where this country [Iran] is crushed! They’ve used a term that’s not usual in diplomatic parlance.”

Majlesi expresses the necessity to back off and further says: “EU countries want the Islamic Republic to start a new policy on the international stage and act on different levels of politics and economy and decrease some of its activities. This issue is very sensitive and important to the west. In this regard, Iranian officials need to choose a path to decrease sensitivities.”

According to state-run ISNA news agency, a few days earlier, Alaeddin Borujerdi, member of the security commission in the Iranian regime’s Majlis (Parliament), drew a connection between the Warsaw summit and the PMOI and said: “Recently, among anti-[Iranian] regime policies by European countries under U.S. pressure, we’ve witnessed the transport of PMOI to Albania and some other scenarios by European countries, that show these U.S. policy is supposed to continue.”

These statements show that on the one hand, the Iranian regime is facing an unprecedented international isolation and on the other hand, the Iranian opposition is gradually advancing its cause on the global level.

These recent developments have also increased the internal fight among the ruling political factions in Iran.

If the Poland summit, as Khomeini’s grandson and Ali Khamenei’s mouthpiece, the Keyhan newspaper, boldly say, is already doomed to fail before it even started, why the complaints and warnings by Iranian officials about the summit in the first place?

If the Iranian regime is as stable and powerful as its minions like to claim, why can’t it just ignore the Warsaw summit and continue to spread its twisted version of “freedom” and “equality”—read death and destruction—throughout the world? Why bother at all?

Truth is that the Iranian regime faces a growing popular dissent on Iranian streets that results from four decades of kleptocracy and nepotism, blatant mismanagement of the economy and corruption. Its Islamic propaganda that used to boost its base’s moral and justify its politics find less and less credibility and its organized opposition, culminated in the PMOI and the NCRI, have gained increasing international recognition and respect.

Considering the situation, a global consensus and coalition against the Iranian regime’s meddling and interference, is the last piece of a puzzle that cold possibly lead to disposing a regime that is a reminder of the dark ages in the 21 century.
